Kristi Thompson is the President and Founder of Strategic Advancement Corporate and Education Consulting (SACE Inc.), where she passionately helps school leaders and small to medium-sized businesses transform their teams through servant leadership.

With a rich background in education spanning over 26 years, Kristi has served as a classroom teacher, building principal, curriculum director, human resources director, and school superintendent. Her extensive experience in educational leadership, coupled with her time as a corporate development executive, gives her unique insight into how strong servant leadership can transform teams in those environments—leading to more successful outcomes for students and businesses.

Growing up with a father who was a school principal, Kristi spent much of her childhood in educational environments, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of strong, empathetic leadership. Inspired by her father's dedication and integrity, Kristi developed a deep appreciation for the power of servant leadership early on.

Kristi believes that servant leadership is the key to transforming organizations and communities.

She is committed to cultivating environments where leaders are not just effective but also compassionate and empathetic, creating cultures that thrive on mutual respect and continuous growth. She applies her expertise in change management, professional development design, and coaching to help leaders build stronger, healthier teams and more engaged workplaces.

Outside of her professional life, Kristi is a devoted animal lover with three fur babies. She also supports the American Cancer Society, a cause that is close to her heart due to her family's experiences with cancer.

At SACE Inc., Kristi is dedicated to helping leaders realize their full potential and create lasting, positive change in their organizations.

She understands that leadership can often feel lonely and overwhelming, but believes that with the right support and guidance, every leader can achieve balance, foster a positive workplace culture, and lead with service, confidence and compassion.
